WELCOME TO THE FOUNDATION

In August of 2015, I offered my first workshop, and there were only four people, my husband, my mother, a friend and myself. On that day, we built a sacred stone circle of granite and marble, now hidden and covered by the land at the base of Cascade Mountain. This circle planted the seeds of awakening in our community, working to open the hearts of people like you. Since then, this course has spread to over 150 people who are actively working sacred space in their homes and communities, and now, it's a great honour to have you join us on this journey too! WHY THIS WORKSHOP?

Across the globe, the land is marked by our ancestors and their workings of sacred space. These ancient monuments hold the secrets to connecting us to the nature of the universe and rebalancing us to the land and the natural flow of life. In the past, the power to create sacred space was reserved for high initiates and priests or priestesses, but times have changed! Humankind is now at a pivotal point on this planet, and this knowledge needs to be shared and learned. We all need to take individual responsibility and reclaim our sovereignty in our own lives and for what we are creating in them. The mysteries and sacred teachings must be opened and made available, for the Age of Aquarius has dawned!

WHAT IS THE AGE OF AQUARIUS?

"The Age of Aquarius, in astrology, is the current or forthcoming astrological age... (it) is a product of the earth's slow processional rotation and lasts for 2,160 years, on average... Astrologers believe that an astrological age affects humanity, possible by influencing the rise and fall of civilizations or cultural tendencies. Traditionally, Aquarius is associated with electricity, computers, flight, democracy, freedom, humanitarianism, idealism, modernization, astrology, nervous disorders, rebellion, nonconformity, philanthropy, veracity, perseverance, humanity, and irresolution... A "wave" theory of the shifting Great Ages suggest that the age of Aquarius will not arrive on a given date but is instead emerging in influence over many years, similar to how the tide surges forward incrementally rather than all at once." — Age of Aquarius - Wikipedia
We cannot deny that humanity is coming out of one of the darkest periods of the common era, the age of Pisces. At its most despondent point (during the dark ages), ignorance reached every corner of the globe, but luckily we are now transitioning out. We are so very close to freeing the chains of unconsciousness to transform ourselves. This is why I created this course — to lay the foundation to carry us into a new age. On December 21st, 2020, Aquarius's ancient planetary ruler, Saturn, along with Jupiter (the current planetary king), meet right at 0° on the Solstice, yet another sign the Age of Aquarius is fast approaching.

PART ONE ​— CLEARING SPACE

setting your intentions​

Intention is everything, as it sets all in motion; because of this, it is essential to be clear on why you're building sacred space and the effects you wish to achieve. When working with energy, everything has a purpose; with-out purpose, any desired results will be chaotic at best to none at all. Also, when you're thinking about your intentions, it is important not to confuse them with manifestation; manifestation is about the material objective rather than the pure intention, which is more straightforward and directly from the heart (with no attachments). Ask for your intentions to be accomplished in the highest good of all (or in your soul's best interest), and remember "seemingly" devastating results are often meant to direct you back onto your path; there are no mistakes! Write three intentions for this course, and what you can do to commit yourself to them!

PART TWO ​— SACRED MEASUREMENT

Building sacred space is all about the balancing of subtle energies to cultivate a spiritual or electrical charge. To accomplish this, we need to implement specific mechanics and measurements. When we balance the polarities of a space, channels of energy open up, flowing easily to and fro. Here we explore our ancestors' occult (hidden) practices, evidently being rediscovered through anthropological and scientific understanding. By squaring the circle, we open up the great mysteries of the universe and the mathematics for the theory of everything!

PART THREE ​— THE FOUR DIRECTIONS

​The great holy man, Black Elk said, "I cure with the power that came through me. Of course it was not I  who cured. It was power from the outer world, and the visions and ceremonies had only made me like a hole through which the power could come to the two-legged. If I thought that I was doing it myself, the hole would close up and no power could come trough. Then everything I could do would be foolish."

Working with The Four Directions creates the container and space for power to flow. The deeper you build your relationship with The Four Directions, the more energy you will be able to transmit through you to touch others. Again, bring your attention away from material gain and back into the heart, acting as a clear vessel for the Creator to manifest more love for the people and the land.

PART FOUR ​— IMPLEMENTS, TOOLS & SACRED TIMING

creating a lasting relationship

First Segment: As our practice grows and develops, new implements and tools are given to us to use as our medicine grows. These power items come to assist us with the work and help us become more interconnected with the realm of spirit as more teachings and deeper understandings reveal themselves. But before an item becomes a tool of power, it is just that an item, and thus we are the ones that must consecrate and activate it, transforming it into a living being.

Second Segment: Everything is a relationship, and it is through ritual; we cultivate our connection with the sacred. At precise moments throughout the year, the forces of nature increase our potential to tap into more power. By following the sun and moon cycles, we naturally align ourselves with the greater cosmos to re-balance our energies and honour all that came before us and is coming. Now it's time to practice!
