Time is reserved at the beginning of each session to discuss your concerns and needs with the healing component consisting of smudging, drumming and singing. Prayers are spoken in Spirit language, while stones and crystals are used to create a unique energy grid to anchor the healing work. As you enter into deep states of relaxation, the Helping Spirits work to weave your body's energy lines clearing and opening up pathways of light, restoring your vitality and connecting you back to your heart. Once complete, we will review your experience and tools and techniques to incorporate into your life.
It is essential to understand the difference between a healing and a curing. Our bodies will eventually fail, and we will all be called to the next life. Although you may be seeking a physical cure, sometimes aliments are meant to persist, but what is certain is healing is always available, to which you can receive reconciliation, acceptance and ultimately peace. And so, spiritual healing can go a long way to resolving the distress of pain, trauma and disconnection. A curing is something remarkable in itself and is always possible. This is when full remission or physical reparations happen within the body, sometimes termed the miraculous, and is available when the perfect set of circumstances are presented and yet remains in the Creators' hands to how and when such curings occur.
    For severe illnesses and (or) situations, multiple sessions will most likely be required to work through your integration and healing, including other ceremonies (such as sweat lodges). For such healings and (or) curings, one must understand that a complete change of life is often part of the process. Please contact me directly before setting up an appointment to discuss the best path to work together with your other treatments and practitioners.

​ALCHEMIST, SPIRIT HEALER AND TEACHER

Ria-Mae Long is a life student of eastern and western mysticism, philosophy, esoteric thought and ancient cultures. For over a decade, she has studied and worked with-in the mystery traditions, after experiencing a spiritual awakening in 2007. Since 2015, she's been teaching courses on esoteric sciences, meditation, alchemy, astrology and occult practices, developing serval programs and working with hundreds of clients offering spiritual guidance and assistance in healing. ​ 
In 2019 she received the honour of becoming a Pipe Holder through Wade Maude of Hollow Bone Healing Lodge and sits on the Board of Directors for the​ organization in Calgary. She is also the founder and President of the House of Mem Centre for Spiritual Development in Banff, Canada, a society of spiritual practitioners in the Bow Valley adhering to the teachings of the Moon, the Sun, and The Four Directions.
