COURSE CONTENT

Through the Major Arcana of the Tarot, you will journey on the path of the soul (also known as the hero's journey) by activating each card's power while connecting to its corresponding astrological symbol and elements; metal, stone, plants and animals. Every two weeks, you will invoke the energies from each class in your daily life to bring about change and transformation through the powers of The Four Directions and The Alchemical Wheel of Life. As you work through the course, you will personally experience rapid transformation opening your awareness to higher guidance and receiving more profound realizations about yourself and your purpose.​ You will also have access to the private Alchemy Facebook group where you can share your experiences and ask questions.

TIME COMMITMENT

14 weeks over 7 months
2 hours (every two weeks) — video lectures/online learning
10-15 mins every morning and evening — daily practicum
1 extra hour (every week) for personal astrological research — homework
15 mins (every two weeks) — stone activations​

WHAT WILL I GET?

ALCHEMY 101 is a foundational course that gives you a large volume of historical and practical knowledge for working a magical practice. It has helped many understand the messages they are receiving and the ability to interpret the language of symbology, including dreams, numerology, astrology and synchronicities. For the novice, it has opened their eyes to the power of Spirit and the Creator. For the more experienced, it has solidified a practice rooted deeply in The Four Directions and The Alchemical Wheel of Life. Many students have moved on to become healers, diviners and guides with-in their communities, and most take the practical application and use it for the rest of their lives to remain connected to the heavens and earth. As a testament to the material, many students choose to repeat the course immersing themselves more in-depth into the teachings, and again, to receive the fantastic transformations evoked by the practice.

THIS COURSE WILL NOT...

Alchemy 101 will not sugar coat spiritually or bypass your process. It will not promise you financial abundance, a life of ease, the ability to become a spiritual master or the activation of spiritual gifts. It will not give you a title, certification or diploma to add to a checklist of completion. There are no written tests or examinations given, as it always remains in the Creator's hands as to your level of accomplishment. Accountability is entirely your own!

Instead, it will show you a foundation to build your self-actualization on and offers an opportunity to live a life filled with wonder to the awesome power of the heavens and the manifestation of life on earth. It assists in building a rational and strong character of faith to triumph over difficulties. It merges the logical, systematic and scientific left brain with the abstract, symbolic and creative right brain. It is a spiritual and psychological, or intellectual process intended to transform the darkness with-in; hence, it is sometimes difficult and trying, yet highly rewarding! Any results or experiences received can only be in alignment with what you are ready for. ​ALCHEMY 101 is a disciplined practice to which the effort you put in is the reward you'll receive. If you are ready to move through fire, this course is for you, and your time has come to learn the art of weaving magic into your life!
​*Please note — although this course is a place of growth and sharing, it is not meant to be a substitute for receiving therapy or healing and the classroom is not a place to conduct personal counselling. If you are going through a period of instability or integration from trauma or other spiritual experiences (such as the on-set of spiritual awakenings), it is NOT advisable to be studying Alchemy at this time. Alchemy is best suited when in a place of stability for mental focus to address the work and lessons evoked by such a disciplined practice. Consequently, this course often brings more to the surface to process, and the constitution of the student must be well primed to undertake the challenges and openings that may occur during the course, that is to say, a level of spiritual maturity is needed before committing oneself to the Alchemical process.

​ALCHEMIST, SPIRIT HEALER AND TEACHER

Ria-Mae Long is a life student of eastern and western mysticism, philosophy, esoteric thought and ancient cultures. For over a decade, she has studied and worked with-in the mystery traditions, after experiencing a spiritual awakening in 2007. Since 2015, she's been teaching courses on esoteric sciences, meditation, alchemy, astrology and occult practices, developing serval programs and working with hundreds of clients offering spiritual guidance and assistance in healing. ​ 
In 2019 she received the honour of becoming a Pipe Holder through Wade Maude of Hollow Bone Healing Lodge and sits on the Board of Directors for the​ organization in Calgary.
